Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within 180 days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:
- for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised/engraved id-tags
- used products
We have more options to the exchange.
- you can return your product, we need to wait until your package arrives,and we will exchange it to the new product (please write the new products into the text field)
- you can place a new order with the right size, and we will refund your payment, when we receive your item from the first order
